This is the actual windsock at Whitehorse British Columbia. A DC-3 mounted on a pedestal that rotates in the slightest breeze. It is supposed to be the only one in the world.
87 year old WWII Vet and student pilot Roscoe "Bill" Pearce and 60 year old Vietnam Vet and flight instructor Richard Castle will take the trip of a lifetime. At the end of May they will embark on a three week adventure, flying a 1968 Cessna 150 from Missouri to Alaska and back.
